One is seongnaecheon and the other is tanchon.

Seongnaeheon has a definite jurisdiction ..
A relatively large amount of management resources are invested in and maintained.
My house is in a good location as a residence.

(There was a 'Hanbit Youth Village Festival' last week.)

• Origin of Ogum-dong, Songpa-gu:
  There are many good paulownia trees.
  That tree made gayageum and it became Ohgum-dong.

  I can not get the paulownia seedlings.
  You can see the cherry blossom trees every spring.

At this event, Songpa-gu office has planted two large paulownia trees as a ceremony.
