Opon getting home, Sylvia freshen up and left the house for her afternoon shift at the pharmacy. Later that evening, one of Tongkit friend Jacob often called Jay Jay for the fact that he is a ladies guy (player). Jay Jay walked into the pharmacy and was amazed upon seeing how nerdy but beautiful Sylvia looked with her glasses. She automatically became Jay Jay's next prey. Jay Jay personally requested for her to attend to him in attempt to get her number, which he succeeded and told her he would call her for a seat out tomorrow which is Sunday.. " I will be extremely busy and can't go out this Sunday maybe some other time " she said. "That is okay I will keep trying till I get a YES from you" Jay Jay responded... They both laughed and walked away.
She took all day that Sunday to pack her bag and get ready for the conference she is going to on Monday. The conference is to be held in Abuja and its was a three days program so she left Lagos that Monday morning to return by Thursday morning. She got to Abuja attended all the seminars and workshops, meet couple of people both old and made new friends. The event went well but she could not connect to others as she was not in the right frame of mind to do so. The event came to an end, on that Wednesday evening Sylvia decided to head to the bar, take a glass or two of her favorite red wine before she head back to her room to get her things ready for her Lagos return the next morning.
Tongkit happen arrive Abuja that Wednesday morning in view of a meeting with a prospective client the next day. Tongkit is a die hard Manchester United supporter, that Wednesday was a champions league night so he head to the bar to watch the match in the company of others instead of watching alone in his suit. Getting to the bar, 30mins into the match he accidentally looked eyes with this pretty girl on glasses, so he smiled at her and she smiled back With that angelic amazing life changing life smile that made them both remember the park. Within a twinkle of an eye Tongkit found himself on the right side of the room this time around.
