Sylvia getting home from that morning run went straight to the refrigerator took out a glass of juice while she dialed her friends number Precious to tell her about the strange guy she saw today while she takes sips out of her glass of juice.
Precious responded "babe this is not a phone discussion, we were to see today so you will tell me more about it in person".
Sylvia: " you eh!!! You too like gist o". There is nothing to tell please.
She dropped the call to go freshen up and prepare for work.. YES work. Sylvia is a Pharmacist
She had 12pm -4pm shift that day, which she left for home around 4:30pm. On her way back home she got a call from Precious that she is already on her way coming over to her place. Precious came around, they both sat to paint nails and gist for hours as Precious kept teasing her that this is a free world, that she should have made her move and dame the consequence. I know I would have done it myself, she said. After all the highest risk in life is you not taking the risk. Precious then suggested a re-run for her next Saturday if she might see him again.
One cannot say their lives was pretty the same after that encounter as they were always lost in thought of each other's smile.

As usual, Felix had left for one of his business trips to Akwa Ibom State, The Land of Promise and Fulfillment, were he will spend a week plus depending on the duration of the work which at the time was uncertain.
The weekly was slowing coming to an end and the thought seeing each other again was lingering in their minds but it wasn't going possible as Felix was thousands of miles away.

Come Saturday morning, Sylvia took her friends advice to go back to the park with the hope of seeing her Mysterious Mr Picture Perfect without a clue that he was thousands of miles away. She took longer time than usual to prepare for the run as she tried to look at her very best while she steps out. ( if it was possible for her to wear makeup and hills to go for the run she could have LOL....). She began the run but not for the obvious reasons but with the hope of seeing the mysterious handsome looking guy with the smile of an angel.
This time, Sylvia picked a vantage point point that she can see anyone running in and out of the south gate of the park where she saw him last week. But Felix was a no Show. She could not help but feel embarrassed, desperate and disappointed.
She said to herself "well I will be going to Abuja come Monday, hopefully I will be able to put this behind me and move on."
