This is a very interesting way to give yourself and others an opportunity to positively frame experiences. I don't believe I've done a recap of my own day without it being a rambling complaint. I like this a lot.
awww! thank you @shawnamawna , most times the recap is necessay as it gives a reflection on how well the day was utilized. actually, i realized the importance of recaping my day just recently and most times it can be annoying but then there are also days i'm proud of cos i made good use of it. i appreciate you stopping by to read . thanks a lot
