Sick Soul
When the soul is sick it affects our daily lives, lifestyle, mood, mind, spirit etc, A sick soul means a state of mind when you are not healthy and happy with yourself. So it causes unhappiness. You interact with some people they are healthy physically but not happy on the inside. They look sad, dull, suffering from depression and anxiety which leads to suicide and the like. It looks like it is the trending disease in the world today.
So we must watch what we feed our souls with, feed our minds with, As the body/flesh gets sick so does the spirit. I will be using the spirit and the soul as same because it add to seperate both. Must people define the two the same which i will be doing on this article.
So we should feed our minds and hearts with the right diet to get the right nutrients. To have an healthy soul to live an happy life. As we celebrate with our Muslim Brothers let also live a healthy soul life.
