old-letters-1082299_1920.jpg17 December 1903 Two Brothers Orville & Willbur Wright flew the very First Airplane in the History of Mankind. They establish the Basic Principle of Aviation with the help of 3 Axis Control. These Principles formed the Foundation of modern Aircraft. This the Story that everyone knows but in India in 1895 five years before the Wright brothers a man named Shivaji Bapuji Talpade Successfully Reinvented and tested the Marut Sakha Vimana Marut means Air, Sakha means Friend and Vimana means Aircraft in Sanskrit. You must be wondering why I used word reinvented instead of invented. Because he created that Air Craft with the help of Viman Shastra Written by maharishi Bhardwaja Approximately in 500BC. Maharishi Bhardwaja was a Father of Guru Dronacharya. It is said to be that in his Viman Shastra he described 32 different ways to build 500Aircrafts and Vimanshastra was divided into 8 Lessons, 3000 Shloka and 100 Partsaircraft-547105_1920.jpg

You must be thinking I am writing whatever comes into my mind. Then hold on and sit calmly I am going to discuss every aspect including the story and scientific proofs.

We will Discuss Following Points to get know more about Marut Sakha Vimana

1 Who was Shivaji Babuji Talpade

2 Marut Sakha

3 How Marut Sakha was Different from Wright brothers Airplane

4 How it is proved that the Design of Marut Sakha is actually Aerodynamically Stable.

Shivaji Bapuji Talpade

Shivaji Bapuji Talpade was an Indian Scholar. He completed his education from Sir JJ School of Arts where his teacher Chiranjilal Verma inspired him to learn about Ancient Aeronautics . Then he studied Viman Shastra . He not even reinvented Marut Sakha but Successfully Tested it in front of famous Indian judge and Nationalist, Mahadeva Govinda Ranadhe and HH sayaji Rao Gaekwad respectively.

Marut Sakha

We can say Marut Sakha was like an Morden day Drone Because Shivaji Bapuji Talpade Controlled That unmanned Aircraft from Ground and managed to flew it at 1500 ft height for 30 seconds. Marut Sakha was apparently a Cylindrical structure made of Bamboo and filled with Mercury. **_The Construction was supposed to fly when Mercury reacts with Sunlight to release Hydrogen which is lighter then Air.steampunk-3024141_1920.png

Marut Sakha vs Wright Brothers Airplane

Marut Sakha first flight was at 1500 ft for 30 seconds whereas Wright Brothers managed to fly there plane at 120ft for 12 seconds.
Marut Sakha was an Unmanned aircraft whereas another one is manned airplane
Marut Sakha mode of fuel was Mercury whereas in Wright brothers plane mode of fuel was Gasoline

Aerodynamic Stability

Kavya vaddadi is an Aeronautical Engineer at VEDAS Company. She designed a 3D model Utilizing information contained in the text that Shivaji Bapuji Talpade studied. She shared that 3D Digital file with Aerospace System engineer Travis Traylor for 3D printing and testing the aerodynamic stability of aircraft. He tested 3D printed model of Marut Sakha in wind tunnel at The University of California Irvine in April 2017. Result Showed that Marut Sakha Vimana is Aerodynamically stable and it is Proven to be Flyworthy.
So we can say that Book Written almost 1800 Years ago gave the perfectly aerodynamically Stable Design. At that time we have the type of Technology that is far more Advanced then today.
