This precious creation of the Lord our Lord, for me is one of the best, it is a plant that apart from giving an exquisite taste to the meals, it gives us a lot of vitamins and antioxidant, which help us to keep our youth longer, Has anti-inflammatory powers, I share this so that we eat much more coriander, good appetite.

Yes, it adds nice taste to most of the meals. I have grown it in my garden so that I get fresh ones to consume everyday.
Coriander or cilantro is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, manganese, iron and magnesium as well. In addition, coriander leaves are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein. They also contain small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamin, niacin and carotene.
