"Think, then Choose Your Words Wisely" good advice
Words are such powerful things.
A single word, spoken in haste or anger,
Can open profound wounds in a loved one.
A moments quick retort, can
Take years to mend the damage created.
The “tongue” can be a lethal
Weapon.
A written word is likewise very deadly.
There is no “unsend”
Button in an email, nor can a word,
Once spoken,
Be taken back.

Sure, you can apologize, but
That won’t make the
Memory go away.
Whenever possible, you should think
BeFORE you speak, for if you
Speak first, you may have to spend
An inORDINATE amount of time with the
Consequences.
Choose your words wisely, consider what you
Want to say, then think about
How you want to say it. This
Is just as, if not more important.
Writing can be a gift, or
It can be a curse.
It is not for everyone, to express in
Writing what you feel, but if you can manage,
It is a very potent legacy you can leave the future.

Sometimes, it is easier said than done. We have little control of words when upset. But according to what you said, we should learn to choose our words wisely. Very important point to note. I like the illustration you used. that's the mail not having unsend button.. Funny but true. Thanks for the advice sir. I sure will apply it.

It was the 'word of god' (and still contains the germ of it, but one must really dig) before MEN started
chopping, cutting, over translating, over interpreting and misinterpreting it
in the third century AD, when the 'councils' took over and filled it with Greek paganism.
Now, I listen to the 'Word' written in my heart fresh, daily by the Author.

Oh no. I'm really sorry, I was not trying to debate with anyone, I just thought I was having a normal conversation in order to get this community nurtured in any way. When anyone participates in a talk one can't expect to know everything about a person in just the first chat. I did not know that you could get offended by the posting of some texts that actually endorse the thoughts you are presenting (that was the cause of me posting them). I could talk with confidence and in depth of the point you are addressing, but I now know that you do not want anything to do with such topics, so I will respect because I do not want to touch sensitive topics linked to the past experience of a person. After spending several years 'riding herd'(as the admin) on bible discussion/debate groups, I have just grown very tired (to put it mildly) of discussing the bible.
You can, with hermaneutics and interpretation, make every verse in the bible mean every other thing in the bible, which makes the whole tome moot, it has no meaning.
The one thing I found 'mystical' about 'the book', was that when I would be troubled, I could open 'the book' and read a passage I'd read dozens of times, and it would suddenly mean something different and more pertinent to my particular issue du jour.
I don't mean to put you off at all. I just don't like to have discussions with folks who always seem to be bringing 'the book' back into the topic at hand.

Since I do not know ANYONE who was born (physically) an ethnic Hebrew, then everyone I know is a GENTILE, including me, and HE writes HIS word on my heart every day
I don't need a book that was frozen in time over 2,000 yrs ago to be close to God.
This is your account my friend and in a way, it is like your house. You said, let this be an end to it so let it be so. From the bigining, I was never looking for a debate, I'm able to stand the test of human argumentation but I will respect your wish, respect you as a person, and respect your "house", so let time reveal everithing we can not now.
