Not one but two exciting things to share with you today! So as not to steal my own thunder, I will let you read on!
#dolphinschool starts today!
I love a good challenge and who would want to pass up an awesome opportunity to learn more about writing and steemit! So I have put myself out there and signed up to attend ten days of #dolphinschool to be held by @markrmorrisjr, starting today! So please let me apologise in advance as I will be resteeming more than normal due to challenge requirements and helping my other #dolphinschool attendees.
What is dolphin school you ask?
@markrmorrisjr has been a steemian since mid 2016, and he has generously offered this time and knowledge to help other minnows fast-track themselves to dolphin, with hard work of course, think of it like a steemit bootcamp. For the next ten days he will be posting questions to get us thinking and assignments to increase our knowledge. Part of the requirements are that we share what we learn daily on Steemit by way of a post and engagement with others. I'm excited to see the engagement and see how far I get.

Project #asapers is live!
I am so excited to share this with you all, I, along with 6 other very lucky steemians have been selected by @hitmeasap for his brand new delegation project dubbed project #asapers. If you don't know @hitmeasap I suggest you check him out, he's part of @fulltimegeek's aweome #stewardsofgondor team and work's hard on and off of steemit. The first two of his six delegations started today with the others expected over the coming week. I am super stoked that he has enough confidence in me to delegate some of his hard earned steempower and I look forward to using it for the good of the community. Congrats to my other #asapers @shai-hulud @wdougwatson, @yogajill, @frankabelle, and @braxton101, I look forward to getting to know you all better over the coming weeks, months and even years!

I plan to do some comparisons of my statistics, before and after. Below are my generic stats, but if anyone knows how to gather the information regarding how many comments I have done as well as how many upvotes v. self votes etc. I would appreciate a comment on how if you have the time as I would love to compare that stuff too.
@abh12345 my hubby mentioned your breakdowns on the stewards and I would love to know how you do it.

dang you go double bootcamp. Two events at the same time. Not surprising seeing how you look on your steemit avatar/profile picture. I know @ahh12345 before I joined #dolphinschool and not sure if you know he has a contest of his own. I remember it goes something like ranking of activity on steemit and top 3 at the end of the week earns steem/sbd. It has been so long since I won 2nd place in one of my first weeks here on steemit. Never got anything after that, so it means I have to work even more lol. Thanks.
I'll have to check out his competition as I only just found him myself. #asapers isn't a boot camp as such. It's a delegation of Steem power by an awesome fellow steemian @hitmeasap. It to use for the good of the community. 😁

Thanks @naquoya, its exciting knowing enough steemians to share their stuff and be part of the community. I've only been around just over a month and I love engaging with new people. It's a much more interesting place to be spending my time than on FB lol.
Steemit these days has a more thriving community feel than the early days. The downside is that it has a LOT more people trying to get the attention of those various communites. That's why initiatives like @dolphinschool are so good. All the best.

Cool, very busy aren't you? But, with 250k posts coming at us on a daily basis here, it's the only way to make any headway. Good for you. Yes, this post is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. I would say, (and I'm guilty of this too) you might run your text through word, or similar to spellcheck it. Not that it matters, but I want to find something to critique in each post. Also, a little more explanation on your screen shot. Otherwise, nice use of links and images and I love your energy, here's hoping it's contagious for you!
Thanks @markrmorrisjr thanks for the tip I actually try to check all my work in word prior to posting. I will generally copy my entire post into work and run it through Grammarly (dependant on time and excitement lol). My main problem is that my word is set to English Australian and we spell some words differently like colour and recognise instead of color and recognize. It's hard to cater to all parties so as I'm an Aussie I tend to stick to what I know. 😁 I do have issues with posting from my phone as the spell check on there isn't great.
I think the screen shot needs something more too. Maybe a brief table showing the stasts I wanted to highlight. They are all on your page now so that's good. See you soon.

First, immediately upon seeing your husband's Steemit name, I followed him, hehe. The Dune series is my absolute favourite in sci-fi.
Second, I love the energy of your post! Very engaging, not easy to be distracted from. The asapers project looks exciting... So many groups here on Steemit to be part of... I actually feel a bit anxious trying to decide where I'd like to get involved!
My only critique would be that, it seems you didn't go out looking for new ideal followers? I thought that was the main thing for the assignment. But hey, @markrmorrisjr doesn't seem to have a problem with anything, so who am I to criticise? ;P

I did go look for new followers after I had created this post, and gained a few with comments and interaction. @markrmorrisjr is someone I’m hoping will follow me in the future and he would be ideal so it does comply in a round about way. 😆
Side note yes Dune is an awesome series!. He has the sleeper must awaken tattooed on his ribs too and you are very welcome.
