Reluctant Medium, a five minute freewrite

Here is my five minute #freewrite for today. Prompt: Medium

She could hardly believe that it was happening again. The last time it was a guy she picked up who had jumped off the 8th street parking garage. He hung around bothering her until she finally convinced him he was dead, and it was time to move on. It was snowing, so last night she used her own Subaru for the drive out to pick up the skeletal remains of a woman who died 200 years ago. The new owners the rural property tore down the dilapidated cabin to build their weekend retreat and had dug a trench to run fiber optic cable through a grave. Now the long-haired woman in a prairie dress won’t leave her car.
