- Rates in the Liquidity Network are very flexible and can be paid by anyone
- The Liquidity Network is totally generic within the Ethereum network with contracts within the blockchain network.

Within the network the user can access their funds at any time with their private key, allowing many centers to be interconnected in a network Hubs, something very similar to a Lightning network.
