The world inventions: The history and the joy of coffee!

Coffee is important for many people. We taste coffee, and we find whether we like it or not. There are many specialties of coffee in the world, and probably you have not tasted all brands in the world of all conceivable. So which coffee brands are best?

Word-of-mouth advertising is happening when we have new and established products, and especially if you have made some experiences regarding to what the coffee brands are. We do not need to visit Harvard, but you and I should say yes to life. And in the long run, we are all died!

The different coffee brands come from various places in the world. And we have many types of them. You have normal coffee brands for everyone in the daily groceries, and otherwise you find many coffee types with different tastes in shops with specialties within coffee brands. You use coffee with a mixture of water, and the coffee is tasted warm in the most cases.

The coffee comes from the coffee plant, and we find the different types in different countries in the world. You should never be satisfied with any coffee brands, because you have probably not tried all in the world. And coffee is pleasure and enjoyment.

The word coffee is probably coming from different countries. We find the word «caffe» from Italy in 1598. In Turkey, we have the word «kahve». We have also the Arabic word «qahwah». This last word shall probably imply wine, and the word coffee has probably the most sensible explanation from the word «Kaffa» from Ethiopia. This word is coming from a traditional area for coffee production in Ethiopia, and in Ethiopia they are using the word «buno» for coffee. Hence, words, word philosophy and word associations can help us to find why coffee has the name as it has.

The oldest trace after coffee comes from Ethiopia for 1 500 years ago. Hence, the very start of coffee is dated long back in time. The sheepherder Kaldi discovered it. Kaldi discoverd that the goats had a strange behavior after they had eaten a plant with red berries. They did not sleep, and they had problems with the sleeping efforts. Kaldi told this strange behavior to a monk, and the monks therefore took interest of this behavior, and they poured hot water over the red berries. After this time, the monks had no problems with being awake at prayer times. Hence, the coffee had the property of getting people to stay clear.

So coffee is probably coming from Ethiopia. And houses of coffee came to Yemen for about 700 years ago. The Arabian Peninsula also had these houses of coffee. And these places were places where people met each other. They did several things here, among other things to play chess, discuss different things, and listening to music. Accordingly, coffee has been a social thing, and many people have through all times been engaged together with drinking coffee! And the coffee also came to other places and cities like Damaskus, Kairo and Konstantinopel. Later on, the coffee came to Europe, and there have been different coffee diffusion patterns in the world. The house of coffee came to Venice in 1629, and the British people started to use the houses of coffee quite intensively. In 1715, there were 3 000 houses of coffee in London. These houses of coffee were used for the nobility and intellectuals to talk about different issues and different problems. Hence, the social sciences and the way people acted were concentrated around the coffee. Therefore, we should appreciate coffee machines and coffee makers to make coffee. We need coffee several times during the day, and many people use coffee in the morning, at lunch and to dinner! Many people are afraid of drinking coffee too late, since one cannot sleep easily after drinking coffee at night!

During the late 1600s, the coffee came to Norway. In the beginning in the markets, the price to different coffee brands were high, and accordingly only the people with most money had the availability of buying and drinking coffee. The first documentated traces of coffee in Christiania came in 1694. Later on, during the 1700s, many towns in Norway got coffee! Today, we are assessing coffee like a social drink, and one had different usage areas from country to country and from culture to culture. Some people, also today, invite friends over a cup of coffee. For many people, the coffee is an important and special thing with daily life. Some are using coffee in the morning to be awake!

There are many different varieties of coffee. And we have different brands of coffee in different countries, and there is much history and tradition about it and around it. The 3 most common coffee types are: Coffea Arabica which has large global extension with 75 % of all coffee production, Coffea Robusta which has 25 % of all coffee production, and Coffea Liberica which is strong in the taste, and which it not used much worldwide! These three coffee varieties are used much in private households and in organizations. In Norway, much of the coffee brands are Arabica, and they are sold in the grocery stores. One gets the different coffee brands due to the varieties of coffee from different countries. One should live the life when one is living and working at earth, and you should enjoy the life, getting little pain, and have much pleasure!

One is using coffe beans to get the relevant coffee brand today. There has been a production period and a distribution period before you can go to the grocery store and buy it, making it, and drinking it. In several countries, you find the most normal coffee brands in the grocery stores, and otherwise you should go to specialty coffee shops. And you can use a coffee press to get good taste! The different countries have their story for products and also the coffee of course!

Independently of which method is used to produce coffee, coffee is always made of hot water and ground coffee beans. And in such ways, you get the taste as it comes from the production process. Many use coffee to get a break in everyday life. Coffee maker and coffee filter have been invented through history, and therefore we have the ways we have due to speculation, thinking and creative abilities of making coffee. Coffee is consisting of water and caffeine and some other components, and the caffeine is coming from the coffee beans.

Some people think that coffee is bad for the health, while other people think it is good. You can expect that some coffee during the day is good for your body and for your well-being! Some researchers have also found that coffee is good against avoiding getting cancer.

Today, many coffee types are in the markets, and you get coffee from many countries in the world. It is a must at many working places to have coffee, and people are happier and they are talking more when getting the coffee. And there is different taste connected to each coffee type, and people buy what they should use and what they like, if they are not buying something wrong! You can make the coffee yourself with the equipment you have, or you can use just a coffee machine!

You can drink the coffee wihout anything in it, and that means you are drinking it as it comes in black color. Or you can use different things in the coffee, such as sugar and/or milk!
