The philosophy of justice in different cases!
Any society should treats its inhabitants with fair treatments. That is justice. We should not do stupid agreements anywhere, but we should think what is sensible and good to do!
The different courts in any society have a function. One should give fair treatments for the people involved in different cases, and one should not blame anyone unless there is some basis for it. Justice can be used in any court, also the supreme court! And one can do things for the different courts if one has fundament in laws, rules, standard, regulations and in norms! Do with other people that you expect they will do with you, and then you will be loved and appreciated in any country of all countries in the world!
The best thing we can do in any society, is to give people and organizations freedom with assigned responsibility. We should try to get everything with positive manners, and everything has a connection with everything. If you have done something stupid, something wrong or something that is not expected, you should take the responsibility for your doings. Justice is about the following things:
(1) What has happened for an individual in any case?
(2) What is the best way to treat any individual being criminal?
(3) What is a society with justice in all cases through all history?
Many people and organizations can make protests on several things. We need complete information about what has happened anywhere, and then we must think about what to do in ways that do not harm anyone! The history of the court case can learn us something, but any case has its relevant facts, and we should use justice, laws and rules to find solution for the case in question. The history of cases can be relevant, but it can also be irrelevant.
Justice is about finding good solutions in cases both national and international. Hence, any country has its own laws and rules, but the fair treatments should be a principle everywhere in any time.
We should never use power abuse, abuses and conflicts to find solutions for anything. And that is the situation to think for billions of cases in all history for all countries. We can never do the best performance as conceivable if things are framed negatively, or it there is too much negative pressure around you. That has something to do with intelligence and with doing things with correct manners.
The philosophy of justice has to do with the history of the cases in diffferent countries in any case through all history. That is about facts and with using the laws and rules in properly ways. We should know what to do, and we should think about why we are doing as we are doing, and we should never do things in bad ways, and that is the situations for all kinds of environments, also scientific!
The human nature is always relevant in different case. This nature has something to do with what humans are and can be, and what consequences for any stamping, wrong or correct, have to do with the people involved. David Hume can learn us something about this thing, but mainly it is about being warm, cold, inclusive or exclusionary manners for an individual. And not all schools at high level is too conscious about these things. Brain waves in all manners and for all social groups and for all social environments give us information about what is going on, and about what has gone on! One should listen and act with sensible streams.
