Mariss Jansons was a champion in music, and he was a conductor. Hence, he was a Latvian conductor doing much music in his career. And the theory of music is always important and exciting as Salman Rushdie has told us, and as he tells us ever!

Mariss Jansons was a conductor for Oslo-Filharmonien for many years, and he took the orchestra to the top level. And hence, he was popular in Norway and in many other countries. This was in the years from 1979 to 2000.

Mariss Jansons was born in Latvia. When he was 13 years, the family moved to Leningrad. He was educated in from the state music academy there in piano, violin and chord direction. He came from a recognized family. His father was Arvid Jansons, and he was a famous conductor and violinist, and he was married with the Jewish songer Iraida Jansons. Iraida Jansons sang opera. And hence, Mariss Jansons got a good and a strong foundation in music from his home.

You should always think about theories and empirical facts explaining everything. That is what the education lengths at all learning places in the world tell us. Knowledge Management is about knowing what you are knowing and why. And all things happening are about domestic or foreign policies with a personality and a brain behind all the choices.

So, Mariss Jansons was forced to take education, but he was strongly influenced from his home. And when you have strong education programs and strong education choices in a family, the relevant child or the children in the family, has or have a potential for doing the same. And so also in the family of Jansons!

The conductor Mariss Jansons was maybe one of the greatest conductor for an orchestra ever since in Norway. He took the orchestra to new levels, and these levels were top levels. The years of leading Oslo-Filharmonien was great for the orchestra, for Oslo as a city, and for all the living music environments in Oslo. Accordingly, he was a strong personality, and we put the orchestra in the ways that he wanted. And this activities from Mariss Jansons had a ripple effect long behind the retirement from his work.

You cannot do anything, if you are not giving quality to the markets, otherwise the products you give will be cancelled at the highest level. There is quality and quantity in all scientific disciplines, and you must operate in sensible ways to be admired and respected. And you should appreciate your time and your environments, put you should also put requirements to your family and friends and your known environments to do things better, and to create new things that have never been there. But love is the deepest thing in life, and we should always form our environments, giving our best qualities to the environments, and loving as many as we can. You want to be the best, and you should always try to surprise and give products that are the good as possible. And you should be warm and inclusive to everyone. We believe or we do not belive in life, and nobody can be sure of anything! But we should reflect and think about what contributions are, and if something could be done with better choices. We need to do choices in life, unless we are doing nothing or all things. And all things cannot be done at the time that is possible, so we are therefore responsible for structuring our own lives. Mariss Jansons learned us to put quality requirements on yourself, and for doing your duties as good as you can, also with knowledge and with talents.

Mariss Jansons was born in 1943 in Riga in Latvia. And he died in 2019 in St. Petersburg in Russia. You find much of Mariss Jansons on YouTube, on Spotify and on Google Play Musikk. He had one child from his marriage with Iraida Jansons. In addition to Oslo-Filharmonien, Mariss Jansons was also a conductor for Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks from 2003 and Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest in the period 2004–2015. Therefore, Mariss Jansons was always engaged with classical music. Moreover, he played the organ! He took lessons in organ, and he learned this instrument properly! Many people admired his work, and he was important for the classical music environments around the world.

And again some music as it was asked to be included! :)
