Oh, yeah. I totally agree there would need to be multiple movies to actually flush out the story and character development in a good way. Trying to put everything into one film that's 95 minutes long is ridiculous and impossible.

I would rather see a live action TV series of Death Note than another single movie, really. Japan has had a chance at making a trilogy which seemed just "okay" from what I've seen, and Netflix obviously totally fucked it all up.
