Reading is to mind as exercise is to the body
Every leader reads to be at his best in the business society and the world around him with their thoughts.
Reading is a common habit among most leaders from the ancient times, which is the powerful source of mental growth, inspiration and personal development. Reading aims at creation of new talents and decision making which requires reading deep to have a good knowledge.

• Leaders read quality : Reading requires a quality time to research new ideas through educative books to help improve their thoughts and mindset. Reading the right thing in the right time. Like a popular saying "garbage in, garbage out". What you read is what you know.
• Learn to read broadly: Reading has no limit, read as much as you can, don't only specify on a particular topic or subject but read widely, try to combine different ideas from different books and website, explore the internet as often as you can, no knowledge is a waste. This will help in growing mentally. Leaders don't conclude without good research on the actual topic. Explore more on historical topics, sciences, literature and in philosophy, learn to read widely. For reader are good thinkers

• Leader shares ideas and motivate people: most leaders finds pleasure in sharing their ideas with people to help motivate and educate them about the things of life, by so doing they also will not forget the things they have learnt. Good leaders are inspiration to the people.

• Leader are not only reader but also writer - writing is a way of combining informations together. Writing is an essential tool which indicates the value of things learnt from reading. Readers writes to help understand, organise their thoughts and ideas. Writing is an evidence of reading

• Leader don't quit learning and reading. Being addicted to reading simply means a continuous learning, the more you read is equal to your learning ability. Leader hardly quit reading because is a device used to exercise their brains. The best method for a leader to impact to the world around him is reading.

• Reading enhance good decision making: Reading educates us on how to approach and handle challenges properly. We come across decision making in our daily life and businesses. Reading gives you more options on decision to make, unknown to us reading improve our tolerance and expose us to different perspectives of life thereby giving us courage to face our fears.
  

• Reading improve our vocabulary in communication: Good readers picks up the difficult words and good sentences they come across in a book and putting them into practice both in speaking and writing which improves our vocabulary and structuring a correct word sentences and enhance our skills. Combining the correct words and sentences is necessary for good communication and interaction to take place.

• Reading Is A reminder: reading serves as a reminder to ideas and thoughts once forgotten, keeps you updated and current to daily facts and activities. For example during an examination in school every teacher expect his students to answer each question according to what they have been taught. Reading is a student's reminder.

Every leader reads to be at his best in the business society and the world around him with their thoughts.
