Its a hard thing to deal with. I once was in a town that rounded up all the homeless and threw away all their stuff in a effort to "clean up" the town. This was like throwing away someones home. When the homeless people were released from jail burglaries went sky high. They just went out and got more stuff. So then people with homes had to file claims with insurance and the same police were backlogged with all the reports.
I wish we could just stop trying to make things worse spending so much money, and take the same amount of money and give them mini homes.
You got to admit that would be cool to live on the river, right?
