Day 2 Word Prompt – Shadow
Affirmation – I am embracing my shadow side, I will receive it as a medicine.
Just as we embrace the side of us that is happy, energetic and the season when are walking in full clarity and light; to stay centered and balanced we must also embrace our shadow side. And in doing so our shadow side does not have to define us. Experiencing darkness and going into the deep can be a time of discovery.
