SPAGHETTI - FILIPINO STYLE

LOCATION: Cebu City, Philippines

Like roasted pig, Spaghetti is also common to Filipino table whatever the occasion is. Be it birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, weddings, fiestas, graduations, baptisms, Christmas and New Year, spaghetti is always present. And even just dining out or bonding in the park. Spaghetti is available in some fastfoods and restaurants. We, especially kids, really love this food.

I cooked this spaghetti this afternoon, before I get busy with some other stuffs, for Media Noche later. The ingredients that I used are: butter, onions, garlic, ground pork, hotdogs, red bell pepper, condensed milk, hotdogs, raisins, spaghetti sauce, salt, pepper and grated cheese. I also add some brown sugar because the kids love it when it is sweet. I prefer the brown sugar because it adds to its color.
