Hello Steemians and foodies!
- My easy to prepare and cook breakfast before going to church to hear Sunday Mass. After preparing all the ingredients for my breakfast, here's what to do: Saute chopped garlic and onions in an olive oil (I always use olive oil in cooking*), button mushrooms, red pepper. Stir for five minutes and remove it from the pan and put it on a plate. Next add a little olive oil, fry the thin sliced pepper salami for 3 mins and put it on the plate. Blanch the broccoli and put it on the plate together with other cooked foods. Now the last part is peeling the avocado. slice it according to the size you like....VOILA! You have a complete munchy-healthy meal!
