Top 10 richest countries in the world 2018.

Here are the top 10 richest countries in the world based on the latest IMF data. The United States ranked only 10th, while the Southeast Asian nations ranked fourth and third respectively.

  • America: With a population of 325.7 million people, the average GDP of 57.467 USD (over 1.3 billion), the economy's second most continent is always the dream destination of many.

  • Swiss: Beautiful country Switzerland ranked 9th in terms of wealth with GDP per capita 78,812 USD (1.8 billion).

  • Norway: Located in the Nordic region, with vast natural resources and oil and gas, this favorable condition makes it the eighth richest in the world.

  • Ireland: Country of the United Kingdom Ireland has a major economy in textiles, mining and food. Despite not boosting heavy industry, Ireland is still crowded with the 7th richest country in the world.
