How to Build Full Upper body .

Hey guys today i am going to show you 'How To Build Full Upper Body'.

If you want to build your upper body you have to take efforts atleast for 1 month.

You have to make minimum 200 pushups daily at any time with 5 different styles


1 Simple Pushups

  1. Decline Pushups

  2. Incline Pushups

  3. Widearm Pushups

  4. Diamond Pushups.

Each pushups at 40 times.

In this video you can learn how to make the diffrent styles of pushups.

There are some extra styles of pushups if you want to do that you can do it no matters.

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

You have to make minimum 200 pushups daily at any time with 5 diffrent styles.
It should be different instead of diffrent.
