I worked out for 2 hours today.
My fat ratio is still 21%. I burn around 1,000 kcal every day and eat unprocessed food, but it's hard to lose my fat ratio.
Rear shoulder muscles 35kg ✅️

Incline Bench press using a Smith machine 40kg ✅️
Pull-ups 15 times ✅️
