Best Vertical Lifting Session I’ve Ever Had

I started a new training program!

This time around it has me doing a vertical and a horizontal back day.

So today is horizontal back day. It consists of a lot of backward rowing movements.

I’ll list it all here:

  1. Pull ups and push ups for the warm up
  2. Yates row (bent over barbell row while staying parallel to the ground)
  3. Lat pull downs with a rope cable
  4. Dumbbell row
  5. Low row seated
  6. Low cable row, seated
  7. Shrugs with a barbell
  8. Reverse bicep curls
  9. Preacher curls
  10. Seated cable curls
  11. Single arm standing curls
