Best Vertical Lifting Session I’ve Ever Had
I started a new training program!
This time around it has me doing a vertical and a horizontal back day.
So today is horizontal back day. It consists of a lot of backward rowing movements.
I’ll list it all here:
- Pull ups and push ups for the warm up
- Yates row (bent over barbell row while staying parallel to the ground)
- Lat pull downs with a rope cable
- Dumbbell row
- Low row seated
- Low cable row, seated
- Shrugs with a barbell
- Reverse bicep curls
- Preacher curls
- Seated cable curls
- Single arm standing curls
