4 #s - try this at work
I have been researching work, especially knowledge work, for some time. I have been teaching and conducting real SME cases (200+). The disruptive and transforming digital era has shown the new, yet somehow familiar challenges. This led us to following four mindsets for SMEs. They state that make some smart moves in order to learn the new situation inside and outside your business.
The four mindsets for successful change are #clean, #use, #grow, and #share.
The only rule in this exploratory change process is that you are not allowed to repeat only one type of changes, you have to change your mindset from time to time. E.g. you just cannot #grow all the time. We are still working on the method, but this is what we know now. More to come soon.
