This was a great post! I had no idea how much went into the preparation of coffee. Also, I'm excited to read your future post about the Coffee Championships! Have you ever competed?
Hi, thank you :) No I never competed, but was near by. I worked in a training team with a barista champion in germany. This was one of the most instructive times for me.
