i see the location of the work you’re doing has its own challenge, yes..
its about the amount of high water debit on the job, maybe you should reengineer about the average amount of rainfall in the working area, and design it so that no future problems occur.

Thanks for your advice, I really appreciate it. Looks like your understanding is very good in this field, but this work is continuing, it can not be planned again, I just hope this work is done on time.
