Barriers that occur in the location of irrigation construction work

As usual, I do activities as a supervisor of public facilities construction works, but what happens today is not possible. As you can see, the obstacles come from a lot of water, so it is impossible to do the job.

This inhibitor due to the rain that flushed the location of this work, the location of this work is in Aceh-Indonesia precisely in the city of Lhokseumawe. Things like this can not be overcome quickly, because the irrigation is still functioning for the community. But our step is to wait for the water to dry. This delay is very uncomfortable for me, because it can slow down the development process of the irrigation. What can I do now? Can not move! just waiting for the water to dry quickly.

Not only I am silent without words, but the workers are also limp helpless. These workers can not continue their work, this will automatically hinder their income today. It is unfortunate!

However, things like this include natural disasters in these projects, but unlike society and nature, rain is God's grace given to us, without our water is very difficult to live.

Some workers are continuing their work, but the work has no effect on water. The work is continued installation of irrigation wall stone, which had previously been done half the building.

My job here is to oversee the workers, because the many workers who break them. Such tasks include very complicated, I have to face many people there (the workers).

If the science I studied in civil engineering, water like this is a big problem for casting concrete. Concrete casting should be taken into account, since the mixing of materials should be in accordance with the planned. Too much water is also not good for the strength of concrete, especially if the water is very much like in the picture below.

No one can drain the water, because the irrigation path is very long, the water that keeps flowing non-stop. At this location there is no place for water reservoirs, so the water will get bigger in a low place and cause a natural disaster or called a flood.

Perhaps such problems are very much found in the development work location, but we must know how to overcome them. Given these obstacles, our science is increasing, thinking about how to solve this problem.

i see the location of the work you’re doing has its own challenge, yes..
its about the amount of high water debit on the job, maybe you should reengineer about the average amount of rainfall in the working area, and design it so that no future problems occur.

Very cool, I was going to ask if you could pump out the water, but since it looks like a ditch or canal don't think that would be possible.

Is there anyway you can prep materials for installation to keep the workers moving or anything else you can do so that when the water is dry the installation goes quicker?

Thankyou for asking! This is the biggest problem, I do not know what to do to fix it. Because the irrigated water can not be disturbed, the people there need water for their crop fields, so we just hope the water dries up soon.
