Human Resource Practitioner
Just a thought. After graduation, It has been 6 years of pratically being a Human Resource Practitioner. Of the many years as HR, I have had thoughts of quitting because of the emotional conflicts there is in the practice I’m in but luckily I’m still here. Why? Because it has kept me even more grounded and more compassionate to others. Most importantly, it allows me to be a part of people’s lives through the interviews conducted(gave me a chance to give them a personal touch through their life stories) and also,by simply giving them opportunities through the jobs offered. It’s the chance to recognize the abilities of the people being handled.
“It’s more than who you recognize. It’s how you recognize. It’s when. It’s why.” O.C. Tanner Company
And everytime I feel like giving up, I remind myself why I held on this long.
To everyone, an advice to share:Always look into people’s hearts to recognize their strengths so that you can teach them how to use them to work on their weaknesses. ;)
Always work with a happier HEART.
