The mind wrestles with thoughts, old and new.

Delusional thinking, life is handled.
Nature knows better, leaving you there.
Waiting for the day you relax.
Waiting until life shows a new horizon.
Thorny branches wrap you up, hold you tight.
Pricking just enough.
Each lie, thorns deepen.
Each breach of ethics brings new blood.
Screaming, swirling in your head.
Silent waves of dread spread.
Thorns tightening, even more.
Standing in a pool of blood.
The world pressing you, give up.
Pride, Oh the pride suffers so.
Realize what a trickster it is,
alone with pride by your side.
One of the seven deadly sins.
Hiding, weaving, bobbing is way into your soul.
Will you spot it when it comes
or be covered in thorns when your day comes?

4 hours tops........I think it was more around 3 hours but don't know for sure so going with 4 hours.
BUT......I have done a few video's like this so while the editing takes the longest, it doesn't take me as long as it use to because now I have learned how and what I need to do while editing to leave me with more hair still on my head by the end LOLL
