Word Poetry Challenge #7 : Memories" (An Original Poetry ➕ Notes & Analysis)

Life is a replay, a flashback
A coigniscance of the mind, running in relay,
We're memoirs of beautiful recollections
like when we were sweetly young,
and the heart is mild and pure,
Likewise our memo's written in the past,
and sweetly mused in our elegant thoughts
We're like cicadas, grey hair with sweet remembrance,
We used to bathe in the nakness of the sea's sands,
With laughter and heavenly chuckles,
but we're now rainbows, etched out of the sky,
we were born to fly as the cuckoo bird,
but they're memories we made,
and joy we gave,

I remember the cries, it was a fantasy,
We were young at heart and ready to love,
but the scars are memories of hurtings,
a regretful musing, and a regretful reveries,
I reminiscence my life chronicles,
an inkling of beautiful biography
We cried and laughed like tragi-comedy
but they're memories, a part that's parts of us.
We use to play with the walrus and seagulls,
hoping to be merchants and sailors
when the future comes,
We we're Aladdins and snow whites,
hoping to fall in love like Romeo and Juliet
we were stupid and wise in our perception,
but yet we made many more memories,
As beautiful as the evening ray sunset
POETIC NOTES & ANALYSIS
Memories represents a vivid picture of who we are, sometimes they're like musing, daydreams and the whole system can either hurt or makes one smile in laughter, in this poem the poet basically conveyed the process of his childhood from when he was quite little to like an age of adolescent.
The poet obviously was a lover of nature, and his evident speaking of them are an example of the memories he made as a child, he spoke of the sands and sea shore, obviously it represented who he use to be, it also reveals a setting, for example a country with beautiful sea sides, nice forest and where the wind was mild as well.
In the last stanza the poem speaks of the poets wishings, one thing about memories are that they also involve us thinking of what we use to be, what we desired to be as a child, and how surprising it is to note that we however do not actually get to be them as an adult like a life's change of recourse.
