My Friday With Women Empowerment (17 November, 2017)
Dear friends, Hope you are doing well. I would like to share some update of my project Women Empowerment. As you know the project is working with local underprivileged women to facilitate them and help them to empower themselves.
On 17 November, 2017 we had regular class at women empowerment. New trainer for three classes were training the women and girls.
They had a long time class during the day. More than 4 hours they were at women empowerment with trainer. So I had to stay with them as I need to know how my effort are developing their skills and activities.
Rahima, Laki, rabeya , Mahmuda and many other joined to learn about Batik work. They are are leaning and also practice at home and women empowerment with the materials we are providing.
Trainer was preparing clothes to make batik design.
It is getting night but they have been working and learning.
It is now night nearly. So we had to leave the spot and went to inside the building to finish uncompleted tasks. I will not able to share what they are doing because I am not making tutorials but I really salute their effort and attentions at work.
May Allah accept the effort and help us to grow. The materials are so costly because we buy small quantities from retails. This was a Prussian Batik Method. I hope next time the women can do it themselves.

I can see that the women were very focused and paying close attention. At the end when they were examining the orange Prussian Batik Method fabric, they looked very happy with the result, and I like it too! Thanks for sharing these pics. You do good work and the women are learning a lot!
