You can look on https://steemian.info/whovotes at who anyone votes for Witness(es).
Also on https://steemian.info/witnesses and click the little "get voters" icon to the right of the Witness name to see who is voting for any particular Witness.

Ya. Its importance cannot be overstated, especially with certain people cashing out large stakes even though it's a bad time to do so. It's a rabbit hole that reeks of deep state meddling, researching who votes for which Witnesses.
I still need to remove many votes & move them around just looking at who is doing what...👍
