More thoughts about witness voting policy and voting policy in general.
I thought about a scale:
- Directly bad
- Supporters of directly bad
#1 should obviously not be voted for.
#2 should also not be voted for.
However, 2nd order of #2 might be considered to be voted, since one should choose the lesser evil, and STEEM is so full of evil, there are no innocents here, similar to "real life", and it should be expected, since STEEM is part of "real life".

patrice's mack-bot and spaminator eliminate whatever financial gain I get from upvotes on my content.
Since you replied here, I will add regarding the topic, that you do not use your account as your bidbot's voting proxy, and this means that you waste a lot of potential influence.
I recommend to use busy.org as a secondary interface to steemit.com since if you will, busy.pay will give you generous daily upvotes, and I strongly recommend to vote for busy.witness for a witness.
At least they do not take sides with their comment upvotes and supply valuable services such as offering the busy.org interface that is still free AFAIK and their witnessing in itself, and give free upvotes.
