WHAT IS A WITNESS?
Witnesses contribute to the growth of Steem and are dedicated to the Blockchain blocks.
They contribute to maintain the seed nodes and take care to keep the price of STEEM stable.
In addition to all these things the witnesses contribute to the platform with their personal projects, allowing users a better experience.
What I am doing to improve the user experience, is to create a global repository of all Steemit posts avoiding that they end up in oblivion

EXPLANATIONS
Today is 23/02/2018 and we are on the fourth week of February 2018.
What i want to do is to create a weekly witnesses report to give you the possibility to understand who is doing better the witness work.

My position is 290 and i'm not active yet (i'm red), because I still have to find my first block.
Today I have not earned anything yet, but this is not my main goal and i'll give you more advice about my goal in the next days .
now let me explain the @drakos portal and we will go to make the announced witnesses analysis
1- FULL RANK
This is the position based on the MV value
2- ACTIVE RANK
This is the REAL position based on the active witnesses
3- WITNESS
This is the WITNESS name
RED= INACTIVE
GREEN = ACTIVE
4- OPERATIONS
You can make different operations and check the witness url.
What i think is very important is the "Witness Application Link", because it wil redirect you on the WITNESS SLOGAN and you can understand what are the GOALS.
5 VOTES (MV)
This is your amount VEST based on the users witness approval

My MV is 5.42 because is equal to the total of Account Vests based on 7 users.

As just explained is the number of received votes as Witness.
6- MISSED BLOCKS
Missed Blocks by Witness
7- LAST BLOCK
Last Block found by Witness
8- BLOCK AGE
Time since last Block Found
9- Reg. Fee (STEEM)
New users Reg. Fee.
10- Block (bytes)
It sets the maximum size in bytes that a block can be. Currently witnesses have set it to 65536 where the size was chosen for spam attack reduction. It gives the amount of bandwidth that users are allowed to use.

The top 20 witnesses use the v.0.19.2
12- Feed Age
Time of the last Feed update created by witness
If this value is high it means witness is not upgrading it.
To upgrade it use the command:
publish_feed yanosh01 {"quote":"1.000 STEEM", "base":"3.993 SBD"} true
13- Bias %
This is the Bias Price feed
14- APR %
This is the 'Annual Percentage Rate' and is decided by Top witnesses.
