@jerrybanfield - thanks for another great post about the witness system. You are my #1 source of information about Steem. I have some questions about voting for witnesses...

It says I have 30 witness votes, if I cast all of them now can I change them later? Do i have to vote for 30 different people or can i vote for you 30 times :-P

Also do votes count more from people who have more steem power just like upvoting does?
