Why i voted @steem-bounty as my witness

Dear Steemitians

today i would like to spend some of my time to write how and why i voted @steem-bounty as my witness.
First of all i would like to invite you to read their introduction post:

I discover them just few months ago, but now i cannot stop to use their service.
I think the most big problem of Steemit is to find friends and who is interested to read your posts.
In @steem-bounty is easy to get into a family where you can find many friends and interact with them.
The good point is to set up this bounty in order to get the answer you need to know, as we say nobody born already teached, so we need to get knowelage and understand how the other people see us and how we see the others.
In Steemit for planctons there is too much worry to interact, because if you mistake to write something, you can get the label of spammer, which is a kind of shit stamp where the people do not want to interact with you.
In @steem-bounty, there is not such way of thinking, because who is making the bounty want to get some answer, so if you feel to say something good, you can write with no problem, because who is making bounty needs the people comments and if your answer will be very appropriate, you will got the reward with the bounty decided by the post autor.
Of course there are rules and etiquette to follow, i also get one time downvoted for stupid answer, so this is good experience for me and develop my knowelage about how to interact in a social community.
Here i am writing more as Marco and not as Intellihandling which is the company where i am rapresentative, so thats why i would like to invite more people to choose @steem-bounty as witness and join on their lovely service visiting the website steem-bounty.com.

Here you can find the most active witness and as you see after fork, @steem-bounty is operating without problem, there are @knircky and @famunger which are the owner of site and they keep the service working and updated.

In order to vote you can go to:

And select the "steem-bounty" account by clicking on the arrow beside the name (now they are in position 90, i hope you will find them more up ;))).

And you will see this arrow becoming green like on the image
