We at @castellano are doing what we can while avoiding the drama that surrounds the spanish community for user retention and to develop tools for manual curation and community building.

• Our main proyect is an educational one about the responsible use ofthe steemblockchain @reveur

• Our head developper @nnnarvaez is known to be a pain in the ass but he got the message since last wars and since he is been concentrated in making better his proyect: Afrodita-A which is a curation bot for optimizing our meager SP so we can reach more users while still doing manual curation all this from the account @bebeth.

• Basically our curators send links to it and they get queued and then the bot votes once the main account reaches 100% VP.

• We have been also beta testing a parasite ledger for using a discord wallet while keeping safe the steem wallet (This is @banca account) which uses a in house developped token (the ReV) that is pegged to 1 tenth of SBD so users can easily pay for services without having to use their active key.

• We also are behind @reveur an educational initiative to encourage users into using responsibly the STEEM block chain.

• We run a novelty account that fights spam in spanish. @dcabellor

All these initiatives generate a few jobs and we choose our collaborators amosngt solid spanish authors who bring valuable content to the STEEM blockchain.

We run our witness server in a professional french datacenter for reliability and its been a while since we lost a block and our price feed is updated like clockwork.

We want to bring this to the attention of people who actually beleives like us in the future of the steem block chain and we want to ask you to consider us if you had space for another minor witness trying to make ends meet and that puts reliability and development as well as user adoption and retention in front of our own benefit.
