Good luck my friends you are on the start of an exciting journey, it's excellent we are seeing more and more people supporting the Blockchain with Witness servers - it confirms my own belief that this platform is here to stay and we have the best yet to come.

The formula I read somewhere, and I did the math it works - is you get 1 block per month with 33 Mega Vests of votes. So now at 63 Mega Vests you will get a block every 15 days. As you MegaVests increase you can do the math to work out how regular your blocks are - and then make sure you double check your server is running smooth before they are due!

And the other to remember is Witness votes don't change your position in the ranks, the Steem Power of the voter does. That is why some high position Witnesses can have just 10 votes, while others with 100's are still low down the ranks. So you need some Poetic Whales to vote your Witness, or you need to charm some with your Quatrain.

It's a tough call though, plenty of big investors with large Steem Power holding do not vote at all, or just a couple - it completely confuses me that someone would invest in the platform but then not bother to try and make sure it keeps running! I can understand the inactive sleeping investors, but some accounts who post every few days are just the same - maybe you have the magic verses to help them see the light.
