witness update : Testing v0.20.6rc1
NOTICE: This is going to a technical post.
This is an update on the on going testing of the Release Candidate 1 of the STEEM code. This will be pushed sometime later this week AFIK.Along with the STEEM code base, supporting tools are also tested. An attempt to establish automatic build - test system is in progress.
Tested build using @someguy123 's STEEM in a box (SIAB) as its widely used.

Testing commits in the scope
Version bump : https://gitlab.com/SteemCommunity/steem/commit/3d9e73a2cf67b5b8b81fc6105d8987363d8f606b tested and working fine.gin_startup ] Opening shared memory from /steem/witness_node_data_dir/blockchain
Nodes running the RC plugin need to manually force a reindex with --replay.
- TESTED & WORKING AS EXPECTED
3.Nodes that do not run the RC plugin do not need to upgrade or replay.
- NOT TESTED
4.At this time we recommend witnesses and API nodes upgrade.
- UPGRADE PATH - v0.20.5 to v0.20.6 TESTED
- No other upgrade paths tested
5.Bandwith Removal

6.RCs are no longer calculated prior to HF20 (#3007)

Testing Tinman
The latest version is being tested against the official TESTNET at https://testnet.steemitdev.com/. Streaming is working and need to test generation. Auto build and testing is being worked on.
In general build is working fine. Dependency testing and scanning needs to improvement.

RC Testing is in progress. The bandwidth code review took a longer time than expected.
Item number 5 was a typo:
Removed the old bandwidth system. This includes the removal of several API fields that were specific to bandwidth and the removal of the witness_api, which was used exclusively for returning information related to bandwidth. (#2039)
