Pull Request Submitted - Moving witness voting proxy feature to the bottom of the witness voting page
The witness voting proxy is an excellent feature to have in the GUI, but it is a feature that is only useful to a subset of users. (The witness voting proxy feature allows you to delegate your witness voting to another user.)
Having at the top of the witness voting page does not seem like the best placement, since (hopefully) the "average" user is going to want to be involved in the witness voting process and vote for witnesses themselves.
I submitted a pull request to move the witness voting proxy to the bottom of the witness voting page (below the section where users can vote on witnesses themselves).
It's a small change, but hopefully it will make the UI more tailored towards the "average user".
Just because a pull request is submitted is not a guarantee that the change will make it up onto the live site. Steemit has to review it first, and they may approve or reject the change. I am hopeful that this change will get approved though, so that we can see it up on the live site :)

A small link to a page "What are a Steem witnesses" or "What are the roles of witness" might also help a lot the average users.
