Skenan Witness Update 2017-10-22 - Support non-latin tags in steemit

Here is the witness update from @skenan.

Working on the cnsteem.com - Make it available during steemit.com down

For the last week, most of time I am busy with the https://cnsteem.com, which is a Chinese Front-end for Steemit.

We all know the situation that steemit.com got DDOS a lot during the past month, the connection for Chinese people became even worse.

To help with that, I set up another steemit front-end with a different Full RPC Node and upgrade the DNS look up service.

During the steemit.com down time, people can still post or vote to the blockchain with CNsteem.com.

Submit the pull request for supporting non-latin tags in steemit

Two weeks ago, I have supported the Chinese tags in my CNsteem.com.

Yesterday I have submitted the pull request to the Steemit/Condenser.

Hope it can get merged soon. It can definitely help more non-english people.

Proposal for steem witness! - Let's make of use of other full RPC nodes.

We are all disturbed by the steemit.com downtime. Many people have left us because of the bad user experience.

Remember the steemit is using the blockchain technology, which can easily avoid the single of failure!

Nowadays, most of traffic has taken by the steemd.steemit.com. The DDOS may not come from the hackers, it maybe because of your robots!!

There are lots of full nodes we can use. Let's do that!

1. Please get your robots's RPC node out of steemd.steemit.com, which should be mainly used by steemit UI.

2. Let's set up more back up front-end for steemit, which can be accessed with Posting Key. If you want to, I can help with that.

By the way, thanks for the people who set up the Public RPC node. I have voted all of you as witness, if I didn't, please just let me know.

主要是继续完善Cnsteem前端UI, 更换了DNS解析服务器，提高了服务器稳定性。

给官网提交了支持中文标签的Pull Request

CNsteem 可以支持中文标签，但如果大范围推广，还需要官方的支持。
我昨天已经提交了一个pull request. 希望能尽快被官方接受！

另外我还呼吁大家的机器人能少用一下官方的Full Node, 多使用其他公开备用节点，这样能减轻steemit.com的压力，是它能正常服务前端UI！

最后由于大家的帮助，我终于出到了当见证人的第一个块~~

下周我会研究一下steemit的注册问题，希望能方便更多人注册。
