Code review and testing of new hard fork release (v0.15.0) work in progress.
No change made on witness voting list.
In order to reduce SBD debt ratio, I've signed a transaction to convert some of my SBD holdings to liquid STEEM. The conversion will be executed automatically after 7 days, after that we'll likely see a minor drop on the debt ratio. I didn't change my voting on SBD interest or offset/bias parameters, and not going to change them right now, because I'm not sure whether the changes are good (also, for me there was a conflict of interest when I was a big SBD holder). Thank you for making that conversion abit and your excellent ongoing work performing careful independent code reviews on every release for the past several months. Your work has found, reporting and fixed many issues. It is also a great service in helping the other witnesses make good decisions about whether to deploy each update (and therefore to the entire Steem community). The conversion will make a huge difference in reducing the excessive debt load that has been currently weighing over Steem like a dark cloud.
