SteemYY: Fix Client Tools due to getAccountHistory Limit

steem.getAccountHistory has been limited to max 100 items (previously it was 10K) - thus many tools were affected, especially if the tools, scripts or services were using the steemjs aka steem.getAccountHistory API:

The fix is simple, just change the limit to 100 and it should continue to work, but only slower (previously, one API gives you 10K records, but now, it is 100).
