Windows 전원 관리에서 최소/최대 프로세서 상태가 없는 경우

일부 노트북에서는 전원 관리의 고급 옵션에서 최소/최대 프로세서 상태가 없는 경우가 있다.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Control > Power에서
CsEnabled 값을 0으로 바꾸고 재부팅하면 된다.

고성능 모드가 표시되지 않을 때도 이 기능을 활성화하면 된다.

시스템에 Hyper-V가 설치되어 있을 때도 사라진다. Hyper-V를 제거해도 해결된다.
