Smith's Red Rock Rabbit ( Pronolagus rupestris) This is a rear sighting.
Seen in the Augrabies Falls National Park in South Africa on an early morning sight seeing walk.
There are three species of Rock Rabbits, a Riverine Rabbit and two species of Hares in South Africa . This is the smallest of the Rock Rabbits
Rock Dassie ( Procavia capensis)
These are fairly common at Augrabies Falls National Park and can be seen running for cover as you walk among the rocks in the area near to the falls.
This antelope is called the Klipspringer ( Oreotragus oreotragus) The name is an Afrikaans word meaning "Rock Jumper". It is a small antelope that thrives in rocky terrain. They are very common in this National Park. On it is sitting two Red Winged Starlings.

Very nice capture, that rat is quite enjoying itself, imagine those birds on top that antelope. The antelope must be a good friend to them, haha. Nice
Yes, the birds and antelope interact with each other and in so doing play very important roles. The antelope attracts parasites and ticks that the birds then eat. In so doing this the birds reduce the chances of the animal getting sick.

It was a beautiful and lucky sighting. Only after taking the photograph did we notice how majestic it was.
