Dreaming of Spring: North Table Mountain Ecological Reserve

Table Mountain is a basalt mesa, often mistakenly called Table Top Mountain, located in Oroville, California. The main attraction is the Spring time wildflower bloom and seasonal waterfalls. Pictures of the bloom fail to capture astounding colors in the emerald fields and must be seen in person to appreciate. There are no official trails, but there is an obvious trail to Hollow Falls and Beatson Falls. Access to the ecological reserve is located on Cherokee Road.
