Unfortunately, I haven't had much free time to take a look at this release myself... and now we have TDO hacks coming out on the platform... but yes just the fact that US embassies around the world are shipping in all types of spy gear is quite revealing as to how things work at the ground level in regards to international relations, spy-craft, traditional diplomacy, etc. I think it's safe to assume that everyone is spying on everyone, not really surprising in that respect.
