My neighbor is a kleptomaniac and I am an honest fool

Some people have everything, some people don't have nothing.

That's the same now and deep in the history of the humanity. But how did happen that someone can have and someone else can't? Now I could open the subject about capability of some people to earn, to achieve and incapability of other people for the same. But this is not a post about that. Life is not made to be fair, we have to fight to make the world fair to us. This is about honesty. Some people are building new worlds and achieving things using their money... so, it's very important that the money was earned fairly. People who had worked hard and achieved great things with their own hands, have to be respected. But that doesn't happen so often.

The most of these people made all with someone else's money or stolen money.

So I have this neighbor and everybody around knows what kind of man he is. I don't know is this diagnosed, but the man is a kleptomaniac. And since he moved in this neighborhood, things from people's backyard began to disappear. Working tools, gardening tools, even some smaller parts of garden furniture, or some other sort of equipment that can be found in people's backyards and gardens. Nobody can prove anything, but people started to be careful. They keep all their things locked up. And this neighbor of mine works around his house all day. Somebody who doesn't know him would say that he is a hardworking man. Once, one of other neighbors recognized his grinder in that man's hands while he was passing by. So I had a hilarious fight to watch from my window. And one more thing about this neighbor: when he was working, he was losing his jobs after very short time. Always under unexplained circumstances. Now, in his fifties, he doesn't have a job, but works around his house all the time and rents tourist apartments. And he renewed these apartment and decorated them very good, keeps high prices, and he's always booked. Now, he is building a little house just behind his house, and that little house will be his summer kitchen. Funny thing how he builds it.

Maybe I wrote about works on the beach in front of my house before.

Well, the beech is in heavy works and I have a huge construction site in front of me at this moment. They are building objects, spreading sand, renewing whole infrastructure every day from 7 AM till 5 PM. And there is a lot of building materials on the site and nobody to watch it after the working hours.

There is allegedly one man who keeps the watch, but, honesty, I walk with my dog every day around the site, and I've never seen that man. But there is someone I see every day on the site:

my neighbor!

Steals everything useful that he can find!

And I don't think on some smaller amount of the materials, just to finish some minor works around the house! He goes every fuckin day, six or seven times, I watch him since October. At first, he was careful and only me and some few people who walk their dogs around here noticed him. After few weeks, he didn't care anymore! Now everybody can see him. Workers go home from the beach at 5 PM, and already at 5:30, he's there with his wheelbarrow! Now everybody mocks him, everybody makes fun of him, but while they do that, he keeps building his little house for summer kitchen!

And I have to earn and save a lot of money just to finish my own flat. And I will not do that fast like my neighbor because I am an honest fool and I don't have stomach to do such kind of things.
