I like the idea that your voting power would go down if you voted to much, as you traveled. Using math for miles traveled and votes for repairs. What else could you use Steemit for?
One thing I don't like about the system is companies must "donate" (bribe) to the politician who is in charge of an area of roads. This is added into the bid of the roads, and will keep the system from easily changing.
We should be able to up vote which roads are built/fixed and then use the winning generated currency to actually pay for the roads to be built by construction companies who accept STEEM directly!
